VP Report Ann gave an update on the Sally Foster fundraiser. Since the 2nd place seller’s amount was so close to first place, Sally Foster provided an additional 2 Magic tickets to present to the 2nd place seller. This year, we had more order discrepancies than usual. Erin is working on recovering the funds from the checks returned for non-sufficient funds.
Treasurer’s Report A copy of the budget was provided. It was agreed that the Teacher’s Grants would be distributed as they were last year with $100 being allotted each month until $700 has been reached. Mrs. Grande will be consulted as to what still needs to be purchased for the cafeteria sound system. Some microphones have already been purchased.
Past Events Review Everyone agreed that the Parent Info night was a success so we will be doing it again next year. The teachers appreciated the food provided by the PTA and homeroom moms for Conference Night.
