PTA Minutes

 

The meeting was called to order by Erin Thomas at 4:15 p.m.

In attendance:

Treasurer’s Report     Copy of budget distributed.

Committee Reports:

  1. Membership-no changes
  2. Beautification-Need to purchase more mulch for the marquis, painting in the cafeteria almost done
  3. Fundraising (Box Tops)- no change
  4. Special Events- Spring Carnival
    • Delegated the following tasks to the listed parties
      Lights- Tracy
      Food pick up- Mandy and Michelle
    • Discussed food,Chick-fil-A and pizza from Big Daddy’s Pizza
    • Need volunteers to cover the ticket booth, prefer to have PTA members
    • Reviewed schedule, all plans ready to go as arranged

New Business

  1. Next years board-Needs to be discussed at next meeting
  2. Next years fundraising-Needs to be finalized at April's meeting.
